It’s been two years, two months and two days since I last saw you, spoke to you or heard your voice. You’re a thousand miles away living your new life but still are always with me in my heart. I’ve prayed what remains of you within me would leave, but God is not listening. C.E.

A small but important part,

The Hopelessness I Knew

It’s been a year. Why after all that time would I take you back? Remember when leaving you said you didn’t love me and never had. Now you say you loved me the whole time.  I don’t believe you. You’re just lonely and want to use me to fill the emptiness in you. D.K.

You want time away from me. So I release you with love and & gratitude. I thank you for all we have shared. If in time you wish to come back let it be because you have discovered my arms are the only home you need, but please be absolutely certain my love. C.C.

Kiss Me Goodbye

I knew you were not right for me soon after we met. But I fell in love with you just the same. For a year I was faithful to you while I was just another number saved on your phone. You hurt me, but I’m wiser now and will know better next time! K.M.
